Information collected
The project form collects your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, project type and any optional description you provide. It also records your consent to contact and the page from which you sent the inquiry. The page address excludes query strings and fragments.
The form sends details only when you submit it. It does not save unfinished entries in local or session storage. Browser autofill follows your own browser settings.
How the inquiry is used
HubSpot stores the inquiry as a form submission and contact record. We use these details to review your request and contact you about the deck project.
The contact checkbox covers a response to your request. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated marketing emails.
Website and third-party services
The form passes through the website server to HubSpot using encrypted connections. Hosting and CRM providers may process technical metadata needed to operate and protect their services, such as request times and network information. The form integration does not add HubSpot tracking cookies or send a browser tracking identifier.
Photographs are served with the site. This site does not add analytics or advertising scripts.
Calls and texts
Calls are routed through CallRail, which stores caller numbers, call times, duration and call recordings. Text messages sent to the phone number are received and stored in CallRail.
We use call and message records to understand and respond to your deck project request. Sending a text does not subscribe you to automated marketing messages.
Privacy questions and requests
To ask about an inquiry or request access, correction or deletion of its information, email thetomtimus@gmail.com. Include the email address used for your inquiry so the record can be located.
Include only details relevant to the deck project. Approximate dimensions, condition, access and feature preferences are useful starting points. Avoid including sensitive personal information in your description.
